ABOUT US

JANČO AND PARTNERS, s.r.o. is a law office registered in the business register since 2006 and deals with all major aspects of law.

Its founder, JUDr. Ladislav Jančo, MPH, has been registered as an attorney since 1987 and is professionally active in justiciary since 1983. He has been simultaneously active as a member of statutory and supervisory organs of commercial companies in the field of healthcare and power engineering.

 

He is currently a partner and CEO of our law office, but he also takes part in educational activities as an assistant professor at the Slovak Medical University in Bratislava. His years-long experience and interdisciplinary knowledge are among the primary reasons why clients seek our services.

OUR TEAM

JUDr. Ladislav JANČO, MPH

Attorney, CEO

JUDr. Ladislav JANČO, MPH is an alumnus of the Faculty of Law at the Pavol Jozef Šafárik University. Since 1987 he has been a member of the free trade of advocacy. Between 2002 and 2013 he has been a member of lawyers listed in the register maintained by the Czech Bar Association. Currently he is practice as the CEO of the law office Advokátska kancelária JANČO A PARTNERI, s.r.o. Besides his activities there he is also active within organs of estate administration as a substitute member of the commission at the Slovak Bar Association. He is an external PhD student at the Board of Medical Law at the Slovak Medical University in Bratislava. Since 2014 he has been pedagogically and scientifically active at the faculty as an assistant professor in the field of medical law.

Mgr. Tomáš KURINEC

Mgr. Tomáš KURINEC is an alumnus of the Faculty of Law at the Comenius University, which he finished in 2012. He has been active in the law office JANČO A PARTNERI, s.r.o. since 2011 as a legal assistent and junior lawyer and since 2016 as a cooperating attorney. During these years, he has cooperated on providing legal services to several subjects in the public sector, focusing predominantly on the field of business and medical law and transportation.

Mgr. Slavomír BREZINA

Mgr. Slavomír BREZINA finished the study at the Faculty of Law at Trnava University in 2005. He successfully completed his bar exams in 2011, since when he has been active in the law office JANČO A PARTNERI, s.r.o. as a cooperating attorney. He deals with complex legal assistance to commercial subjects in the field of private law, focusing predominantly on property law and trading companies, especially with those clients who speak German.

Bc. Anton PEMPEK

Bc. Anton PEMPEK is doing his master at the Faculty of Law at the Comenius University in Bratislava. He has been active in the law office JANČO A PARTNERI, s.r.o. as a legal assistant since 2014. During his partnership he has cooperated on providing legal service with attorneys from different fields of law.

We endeavor to keep increasing the quality of our services and show initiative in notifying the client about imminent dangers in order to act as an effective prevention mechanism that will protect our client from potential harm. It is because of this that we prefer long-term cooperation within which we focus on fully understanding the individual needs of the particular client and optimizing our solutions. It does not mean, however, that we are not able to flexibly execute short notice ad hoc requests that arise as the result of unpredictable circumstances.

To process written agenda, we make use of advanced technical equipment. A qualified certificate or a verified electronic signature used to communicate with the public administration is a matter of course to us.

 

GUARANTEE

Our law office is registered under the number of 2013/11-PO-D1870 in the Register of commercial subjects maintained by the Office for Public Procurement as per § 11 of Public Procurement Act No. 343/2015 and about the change and addition to some acts as amended.

 

The members of our legal team are obliged to maintain total secrecy about everything they learn with regard to their law practice.
